East Lake Elementary School Principal

Greetings Eagles!

We hope everyone had a relaxing summer and are ready to return to the Nest. Our teachers and staff are thrilled to see our students return on Monday, August 11th.

Our Meet the Teacher Event will be Thursday, August 7th.

Session 1: Kindergarten and ESE students only 3:00-4:00p.m.

Session 2: 1st - 5th Grade Levels 4:30-5:30p.m.

Arrival will begin at 8:15a.m., unless students are enrolled in our Champions program. Our bell will ring at 8:40a.m. each day to welcome students into the classroom. Please make sure your student is here by 8:40a.m. each day to ensure they are not marked tardy. If you arrive late we will have to have an adult park and physically check the child into the front office for the safety of the student.

Dismissal will be at 2:00p.m. on Wednesday and 3:00p.m. Mon., Tues., Thurs., and Fri. Your child's safety is our priority and we ask that you be patient as we safely dismiss students the first week of school. The dismissal process always gets better as we practice safely.

More information will be shared at our Meet the Teacher Event on Thursday, Aug. 7th.
